Praise the Lord! Two days later and l'm back to full BTN Pullups! Full = bar touches bottom of neck: similar to a High Bar Squat. I was able to get 3 singles before the ROM dropped back to Sunday's BTN Pullups. <br /> Though only singles were done, the intent & focus of contraction on the entire lift brought a big pump in the Side & Rear Delts, Lats and Upper Back. Lotsa good going on here! I will go over what l'm doing differently so that YOU can do FULL BTN Pullups.
