Trinidad and Tobago is not on the list of countries subject to the new U.S. visa bond pilot programme.<br /><br />In fact, only two countries were identified by the State Department to have its citizens who apply for a U.S. visa, pay a bond of up to $15,000.<br /><br />Juhel Browne reports.<br />
