Taiwanese prosecutors have reportedly searched Tokyo Electron’s Taiwan premises, widening just as an investigation into stolen TSMC trade secrets continues. That's according to the Financial Times. The Taiwan High Prosecutors Office and TSMC declined to comment on the FT report.
