MP loses court bid to prevent expulsion from NSW parliament

Disgraced NSW MP Gareth Ward looks set to be the expelled from state parliament after losing a last-minute court bid to hold onto his job. Lawyers for the member for Kiama argued he should keep his position, despite being jailed for sex offences.
