Disgraced New South Wales MP Gareth Ward could be expelled from Parliament as soon as tomorrow after he lost a last-minute court challenge. Lawyers for the independent Kiama MP argued he should keep his job despite being locked up for sex offences. But the court of appeal is leaving the decision in the hands of his colleagues.
