Darth Vader lightsaber among movie memorabilia headed for auction<br /><br />Star Wars lightsabers, Indiana Jones’s bullwhip, and Sauron’s helmet from 'Lord of the Rings,' are some of the film props and collectibles exhibited for a preview on Aug. 6, 2025 in London, ahead of Propstore’s entertainment memorabilia live auction. With the auction set to take place from September 4-6 in Los Angeles, the UK-based entertainment memorabilia auctioneer featured six items on the mantle, including a shark-tooth clapperboard from Steven Spielberg’s 'Jaws,' Jane Fonda’s costume from 'Barbarella,' and the memory-wiping neuralyzer from the first 'Men in Black' movie. The total collection includes over 1,000 collectibles with a total value estimated at $10 million. The priciest pick of the lot is Darth Vader’s lightsaber from the 'Star Wars' movies 'The Empire Strikes Back' and 'Return of the Jedi.'
