The National Immigration Agency says it's moving to deport a Chinese man who broke detention release rules when he gave a recent online interview. The man allegedly used a speedboat last year to cross the Taiwan Strait at night, claiming he was fleeing persecution. He revealed his past Chinese military service and smuggling history during the interview.
