<p>A British F-35B from HMS Prince of Wales made an emergency landing at Kagoshima Airport on August 10 after a reported technical malfunction. The pilot was unharmed and the runway was briefly closed while the aircraft was moved to a taxiway. The diversion follows a June UK F-35 emergency landing in Kerala. </p>
