सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नसबंदी के बाद कुत्तों को वापस कॉलोनी में छोड़ने पर भी पूरी तरह से रोक लगा दी है। जानिए क्या हैं नए और सख्त नियम। <br />दिल्ली एनसीआर में आवारा कुत्तों (Stray Dogs) के बढ़ते आतंक और खतरे पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने गहरी नाराजगी जताते हुए अब तक का सबसे सख्त रुख अपनाया है। कोर्ट ने दिल्ली-एनसीआर के नागरिक प्रशासन और MCD/NDMC जैसे स्थानीय निकायों को कड़े निर्देश जारी किए हैं। जस्टिस जेबी पारदीवाला और जस्टिस आर महादेवन की पीठ ने साफ कहा है कि आवारा कुत्तों को पकड़ने, उनकी नसबंदी करने और उन्हें स्थायी रूप से आश्रय गृहों (Shelter Homes) में रखने के लिए तुरंत अभियान शुरू किया जाए। अदालत ने यह भी स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि इस काम में बाधा डालने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति या संगठन के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। कोर्ट ने स्थानीय निकायों को 8 हफ्तों के भीतर आवारा कुत्तों के लिए बनाए जाने वाले आश्रय स्थलों की जानकारी देने का आदेश दिया है। <br />About the Story: <br />The Supreme Court of India has taken a stern stance on the growing menace of stray dogs in Delhi NCR.
