Delhi Police Explains Detention of MPs Over Limit on EC Meeting

<p>Police said only 30 MPs had permission from the Election Commission to meet officials. Since over 200 MPs showed up, they were detained to maintain order. MPs were informed only 30 would be allowed entry.</p>
