West Indies legend Brian Lara has said that the Caribbean is falling behind in technology.<br /><br />Lara's summation was one of the highlights of an Emergency CWI meeting at the Hyatt to find the way forward for regional cricket.<br /><br />CWI CEO Chris Dehring also pinpointed issues like poor pitches as key reasons for the decline.<br /><br />Vinod Narwani takes us in closer.<br />
