MAN SHOCKED AS POD OF WILD HUMPBACK WHALES SURROUND HIS BOAT<br />WITH VID<br />By Ben Rudd<br />Check out the amazing moment a wild pod of humpback whales swarmed around a man’s boat while he was out on a trip with his daughter.<br />Beno Webbsta, 37, was out with his daughter, 12, exploring the ocean, when suddenly a pod of humpback whales started to surround the boat.<br />Incredibly, the whales started to breach out of the water in front of the pair, and swam around them as they watched on.<br />The whales could be seen making splashes and creating sounds as they approached Beno and his daughter.<br />This footage was filmed in Hervey Bay Queensland Australia, on the sixth of August, 2025.<br />Beno, from Queensland, Australia, said: “We got more than we bargained for on our day out on the boat.<br />“We had the ultimate experience with wild humpback whales mugging and surrounding their boat. <br />“A very exciting experience with these gentle giants of the ocean.”<br />ends
