WEIGHTED GYM BALL THROWING FAIL<br />WITH VID<br />BY BEN RUDD<br />Watch as a group's ambitious workout plan goes hilariously wrong!<br />Hannah Best from Redhill, UK and her friends attempt throwing a 6kg ball over a wall.<br />The too-heavy ball immediately backfires, sending everyone crashing to the ground.<br />Hannah said: “Basically, we tried out a new gym challenge where a ball over the wall that we set up however we only had a 6 kg ball and it didn’t go very well.
