Brazil's Lula, China's Xi Discuss Trade Ties in Light of U.S. Tariffs

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva spoke by phone for an hour Monday night to discuss trade opportunities and the role of BRICS in light of steep U.S. tariffs.
