Baguio City Mayor Magalong cites Singapore's best practices in governance<br /><br />Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong says Singapore exemplifies best practices in governance through 'people-to-community' conversations that strengthen sectors, especially the business sector. He shared this during the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) conference on corruption in Taguig City on Aug. 13, 2025. Magalong said the Philippines struggled with good governance because Filipinos did not know how to choose the right people to lead.
