Man charged over cold case killing of Castlemaine woman Samantha Mizzi

It was a cold case which baffled police for decades - the 1994 rape and murder of Castlemaine woman Samantha Mizzi in St Kilda. But now a man has been charged with the 24-year-old's killing police arresting him in Ararat this morning.
