Jaipur – On August 15, retired Army Captain Narsa Ram Jajda (64) was killed in a hit-and-run while cycling on Gandhi Path. CCTV footage showed an SUV, allegedly driven by Surbhi Maheswari, ramming into him and dragging his body nearly 10 feet before fleeing.<br /><br />Police swiftly identified the vehicle, seized it, and cancelled Maheswari’s driving licence.
