Alwar, Rajasthan – A chilling murder has come to light in Alwar district where 30-year-old Hansram alias Suraj, a labourer from Shahjahanpur (UP), was brutally killed by his wife Lakshmi Devi alias Sunita and her lover Jitendra.<br /><br />Police said the victim’s decapitated body was stuffed inside a blue plastic drum and hidden on the terrace of their rented house. To avoid detection, the accused allegedly filled the drum with salt to hasten decomposition.<br /><br />Hansram, recently unemployed, wanted to return to his native village. However, his wife, reportedly active on social media reels and in an affair with Jitendra, conspired to eliminate him.<br /><br />After the crime, Sunita fled with her three children and the landlord’s son but was later arrested along with Jitendra.
