COTHM proudly welcomed H.E. Fatou Harrerimana, High Commissioner of the Republic of Rwanda in Pakistan, H.E. Naeem Khan, Ambassador of Pakistan in Rwanda, and Ms. Mukarubega Zulfat, Founder of the University of Tourism, Technology & Business (UTB), Rwanda. A landmark MoU was signed between COTHM and UTB, paving the way for strong educational, cultural, and tourism collaborations between Pakistan and Rwanda. This partnership marks a new era of academic and professional exchange in hospitality, tourism, and business education.
