Project Motor Racing heads to Gamescom with Porsche, revelations, and a trailer. Project Motor Racing is stepping on the gas at Gamescom, taking center stage with the real Le Mans-winning Audi R8 and a series of major revelations.<br /><br />Publisher GIANTS Software and developer Straight4 Studios are shifting into high gear, confirming Porsche and Ford and revealing more top vehicles, legendary classes, and iconic tracks.<br /><br />Porsche is officially joining the racing fleet, bringing with it a model range that spans decades of motorsport history. These include icons such as the championship-winning Porsche 963 (2023) and the origin of a dynasty, the 1970 917K, as well as a number of legendary models, including: 911 GT3 R (992), 911 GT1-98, and 962C.<br /><br />Also new on board are Aston Martin (the 2025 Aston Martin Valkyrie Hypercar and the AMR Vantage GT3) and the Ford Mustang GT4 (2024).<br />Two of the most glorious eras of sports car racing – GT1 and Group C – are now also confirmed for Project Motor Racing, complementing the previously announced racing classes. GT1 stands for the raw, high-risk spectacle of 1990s supercars, while Group C brings back the golden era of prototype endurance racing.<br /><br />A total of nine racing classes have now been unveiled, covering half a century of motorsport – with more to follow.<br /><br />Project Motor Racing is expanding its lineup of race tracks with three more scanned legends: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and Mount Panorama, Bathurst, while also confirming the launch with 28 layouts at 18 locations worldwide.<br /><br />With “True2Track,” Project Motor Racing also introduces a technology developed from the ground up for uncompromising realism: from dynamic weather systems and adaptive racing lines with authentic drying and water runoff behavior to a synchronized 24-hour day-night cycle that reflects real-world conditions.<br /><br />Visitors to Hall 6 at gamescom are invited to test drive Project Motor Racing; a new gameplay trailer also offers a glimpse of what's to come before the release.<br /><br />Project Motor Racing will be released on November 25 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will be available in retail stores at the same time as the digital release. astragon Entertainment will handle distribution in Germany.
