FLOODS SUBMERGE CARS ON HIGHWAY<br />WITH VID<br />By Divij Mayer<br />Heavy flooding on the Kullu-Manali highway in Himachal Pradesh, India, left several vehicles stranded in rising water, with parts of a tunnel also under water.<br />Palu Jack from Pradesh, India captured the dramatic moment.<br />Floodwaters surged through the busy route, disrupting traffic and forcing travellers to wait for rescue and clearance.<br />Continuous rainfall in the area caused severe waterlogging, turning stretches of the highway into dangerous passages and slowing movement across the region.<br />ENDS
