Recipe in the post ⬇️ @La Gaa<br /><br />It’s been a while since I made Monjayaki <br />There’s nothing better than enjoying it hot and taking little bites at a time ❤️🔥<br /><br />✨ Mentaiko Mochi Cheese Monjayaki ✨<br /><br />🧀 Ingredients 🧀<br /><br />Cabbage … 200–250g<br /><br />Mentaiko (pollock roe) … 1 sac<br /><br />Rice cake (mochi) … 1 piece<br />Canned corn … 1/2 can<br /><br />Tempura crisps (agedama) … 2 tbsp<br /><br />Cheese … to taste<br /><br />Sesame oil … to taste<br /><br />Green onions … to garnish<br /><br />☆ Mix together:<br /><br />Water … 300ml<br /><br />Cake flour … 3 tbsp<br /><br />Worcestershire sauce … 1 tbsp<br /><br />Dashi powder … 1 tsp<br /><br />🧀 How to Make 🧀<br />1️⃣ Mix the ☆ ingredients well until smooth with no lumps.<br />2️⃣ Add chopped cabbage, peeled mentaiko, cut-up mochi, corn, cheese, and tempura crisps to the mixture.<br />3️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté only the solid ingredients (leave the liquid aside).<br />4️⃣ Shape the ingredients into a ring, creating a little “wall” in the middle.<br />5️⃣ Pour the liquid mixture into the center and let it bubble.
