GOALKEEPER FALLS TO THE GROUND AFTER FOOTBALL SMASHES INTO HIS FACE<br />WITH VID<br />By Ben Rudd<br />This is the hard-to-watch moment a goalkeeper was left in pain on the ground after being smashed in the face with a football, creating a deafening slam.<br />Monti Lalgi was out playing football with his friends when one of the opposing players attempted a powerful shot on goal.<br />Like David de Gea at his best, Monti managed to stop the shot, using his face as a way to do so, which made a deafening bang as the ball connected.<br />Monti, from Leicestershire, UK, said: “I was getting a ball smashed in the face during 5 aside football.”<br />ends
