Tributes have been paid to a "beautiful" 21-year-old woman who was killed in a horror late night crash outside a shopping centre. <br /><br />Emergency services were called to Brassington Avenue in Sutton Coldfield, West Mids., after two women were hit by a car on Friday night (22/8).<br /><br />One victim, named locally only as Natasha, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after midnight despite the efforts of medics. <br /><br />The other woman suffered a leg injury and two men were arrested by police on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. <br /><br />One suspect was released with no further action while the other was bailed with conditions while detectives investigate.<br />
