Taiwanese prosecutors have indicted three individuals for allegedly stealing TSMC's 2-nanometer chip trade secrets. The defendants, including a former TSMC employee now at Tokyo Electron and two ex-engineers, are accused of using the information to help the Japanese company secure supplier deals. This is the first case of its kind under Taiwan's National Security Law.
