This little guy was so terrified, that he let a couple of yelps out in response to a mother cat sound....... and then went silent. Each time I turned up to try to catch him, he replied with one or two feeble little meows, and then went silent! You can't even track them or figure out where they are if they stay silent! It wasn't until 36 hours later that I finally caught him - and that was the first glimpse I had of him - I didn't even know what colour he was. I had to leave him for a while after catching him while I tried to deal with another adult cat - by the time I got back to the bike to head home - he was already snoozing. He had already relaxed completely.
