Λήδα & Σπύρος - Ηλεκτρικός Αποσπερίτης 1972 ,Folk Rock<br /><br /> "Lyda Chalkiadakis daughter of Danae Stratigopoulou since 1968 had already recorded a personal album, which is historically characterized as the first female songwriter, with an international logic similar to Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell, Melanie, and other female singers of that era. In the early 70's meets the virtuoso guitarist Spiros Vlassopoulos, become a couple in life and art and form the exceptional folk-rock duo Lida - Spyros! The first major album was released in 1972 and entitled "Ilektrikos Aposperitis" having borrowed its title from the lyrics of the song "My machines" which was the most acclaimed number of the album. It is very important the contribution of this release in the evolution of Greek hippie-folk scene. Thirteen electric self-penned ballads and a blues arrangement to the traditional "Karagouna" (solo guitar: Vangelis Germanos) and a beautiful hippie teasing at the classic Greek Ethno titled "Your Eyelashes Shine" of Markos Vamvakaris. Classic folk-rock sound with flutes, tambourine, electrical and acoustic guitars, bass, dulcimer, toubeleki and drums (especially on drums the presence of Nick Tsilogiannis from Bourboulia is quite distinct). Lida - Spyros have opened for Dionysis Savvopoulos as supporting act. (OnStage Records)<br /><br />Πρόκειται για γνωστό ντουέτο της Αθηναίας τραγουδίστριας-Λήδας Χαλκιαδάκη (κόρης της Δανάης Στρατηγοπούλου) και του επίσης Αθηναίου τραγουδιστή και τραγουδοποιού Σπύρου Βλασσόπουλου.<br /><br />Το καλλιτεχνικό αυτό ζευγάρι παρουσίασε μια σειρά από αξιοπρόσεκτα τραγούδια του Βλασσόπουλου—σε στυλ ελληνικής cantry—ερμηνεύοντάς τα με ευγένεια προθέσεων και δίφωνη μελωδική κίνηση (πολλά σε στίχους Ανδρέα Αγγελάκη). Από αυτά τα τραγούδια,ξεχωρίσαν τα: «Οι μηχανές μου», «Ωραία πού ’ναι σήμερα», «Άμε χελιδονάκι», «Όταν θα γεννηθεί ο γιος σου», «Αστέρια απ’ τον Ευρώτα», «Περιμένει ο ουρανός», , και «Σαν βγάζεις το καπέλο σου» .<br /><br />Στους δίσκους τους: «Ηλεκτρικός αποσπερίτης» (1972), «Χαμένο τίποτα δεν πάει» (1974), «Θα σε πάρω ταξίδι» (1980), «Έλα να δεις τον τόπο μου» (1982), κ.λπ. Έχουν επίσης συμμετοχή στους δίσκους: «Λουκιανού Νεκρικοί Διάλογοι» ,(1974) «13ο Φεστιβάλ Ελαφρού Τραγουδιού» (1974), κ.λπ.<br /><br />Όμως οι 2 καλλιτέχνες έχουν και ατομικές συμμετοχές στη δισκογραφία. Η μεν Λήδα μετέχει στους δίσκους: «Πιο ψηλά» (1967 και ως στιχουργός), «Εξομολόγηση» (1969, του Δ.
