Jiang Mian, who is a reporter. She is being pressured by her parents to go on a blind date with a man named Ye Jingnian, a doctoral student and a project consultant at a big company. However, Jiang Mian already has a boyfriend named Shen Tingyu, and she is very much in love with him. She goes to the blind date reluctantly.
