Canadian unions mark Labor Day in Toronto with parade<br /><br />Canadian union workers gathered in Toronto on Monday, September 1, to march in a Labor Day parade and call attention to the plight of unions after recent US tariffs levied on Canada. <br /><br />Hundreds gathered with their local unions to carry signs supporting unions and union workers.<br /><br />Last week, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Canada will remove many retaliatory import tariffs on US goods and intensify talks with the United States on striking a new trade and security relationship.
