CHAIN REACTION SNACK MACHINE SERVES TREATS WITH STYLE
WITH PIX AND VID
By Shuk Yee Tsang
This man has built the ultimate snack-serving contraption in a chain reaction machine that delivers five different treats in one mesmerising run.
Steven Price, from Michigan, USA, who runs Sprice Machines, created is a fully functioning “snack delivery machine” that drops popcorn, gummy worms, chips, a granola bar, and even a parachuting chocolate bar into a cart that rolls across a table.
The sequence begins with a marble triggering a popcorn container before a series of spinning, flipping, and tumbling mechanisms activate to perfectly time each snack release.
At the end, the cart hits a bell to signal the order has arrived.
Steven explained that he designed the setup to be as practical as it is entertaining, mounting it on a bamboo-topped adjustable table strong enough to lift 352 pounds and fitted with quiet motors and programmable height controls.
His viewers was in awe from his inventions.
Steven said: " I actually just finished my snack delivery machine and it’s going to select and deliver five snacks to the other side of the table.
"It all starts with a marble popping into the popcorn container, which dumps across the aisle.
"The Lazy Susan spins until the popcorn package rotates into position to slide into the cart.
“The cart continues, and a finger drops the gummy worms in. Later, a tray flips up to throw a bag of chips.
" At the final stop, a lever releases a granola bar, and a chocolate parachutes into the cart.
“The cart hits a bell to let you know when your snacks have arrived.
“I can even reset the machine while standing and then lower it without accidentally triggering it.
"Working at a comfortable height reduces stress on my body and is better for concentration and creativity.”
END
