During remarks on the House floor, Rep. Kevin Kiley (R-CA) tore into Gov. Gavin Newsom and California Democrats over efforts to redraw Congressional districts, and urged support for HR 8889, to prohibit States from carrying out more than one Congressional redistricting after a decennial census and apportionment.<br />
