On Tuesday, protesters donned red robes and white caps in reference to the dystopian series “The Handmaid’s Tale,” in protests in front of the U.S. Capitol and the Supreme Court. The protests come as Congressional lawmakers return to Washington, D.C., from their annual recess in August.<br />
