The contestants in this episode are Joan & Paul Cresser from Devon, Pamela Taylor & Peter Henry from Cleveland, Roy & Alli Westward from South Staffordshire, and Tony Alcock & Alison Riley from Liverpool. Bruce Forsyth hosts with usual assistance from Rosemary Ford and hears a variety of interesting stories from the contestants, such as one whose WW2 honeymoon went with a bang, and another who ended up locked out of their hotel room naked, while Brucie has fun pranking one lady whose ambition is to dance with him on TV. The games are a raucous bunch and consist of "Samoa Dance", "Brideshead Revisited" (involving hairdressing), "Between the Sheets" (involving making a hospital bed with celebrity patients in them) and "Lines from the Movies." The best games are the hairdressing one which are hilariously bad, and the hospital bed, which involves celebrities Gareth Chilcott of rugby and Kriss Akabusi of athletics, which gets very out of hand, with Gareth getting quite saucy with one contestant. The finale is a spoof on Brief Encounter, which incorporates a lot of Will Hay in it - for those who have never seen his films, do so! They are to watch. By the way, if you are wondering where Episode 4 of the 1994 series is, your guess is as good as mine. Challenge TV skipped it for reasons only known to themselves, so until I come across it I'm afraid that particular episode is missing. Sorry!
