What Karmen initially mistook for a strange-looking cat turned out to be a feline in desperate need of help from a kind stranger.<br /><br />"I was on vacation in Florida," Karmen told WooGlobe. "My family and I were outside at a restaurant when I noticed a cat hiding under a porch. I went to check it out, as I do with all cats. <br /><br />"I took out my phone and started recording, and that’s when I realized something looked a bit off, though I didn’t know it had a medical condition at the time."<br /><br />Had Karmen known, there’s no doubt she would have stepped in to help the poor kitty right away.<br /><br />"I didn't mean to come off like I was mocking or ignoring it," the filmer added.
