GST 2.0 unveiled: Two-slab structure cleared, new rates will come into effect September 22 <br /> <br />Decr:ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ 4 ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಸ್ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 2 ಸ್ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶೇ. 12 ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ. 28ರ ಸ್ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಇನ್ಮುಂದೆ ಶೇ. 5 ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ. 18ರ ಸ್ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ದರಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಲಿವೆ. <br /> <br />Decr:The Goods and Services Tax (GST) Council, in its 56th meeting which lasted over 10 hours Wednesday, cleared the next-generation reforms under the eight-year old indirect tax regime.
