The Met Office has issued a yellow warning, with up to 60mm of rain expected in areas like Plymouth, Southampton, and across southwest England and south Wales.<br /><br />Flood alerts have been issued as rivers are set to rise, roads may be blocked, and travel could be severely disrupted.
