Draft EO on independent commission submitted<br /><br />Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Sunday disclosed that the draft Executive Order for the creation of an independent commission that will look into anomalous flood control projects has been submitted to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.<br /><br />“We have given that a very serious study.
