Today's contestants are Wyn Robinson & Paul Swindel from Cheshire, June Tyler & Kev Tucker from the West Midlands, Jack & Sue Weir from Yorkshire, and Alan Jones & Kelly Wallace from Berkshire. Bruce Forsyth hosts as usual with assistant Rosemary Ford, but midway through this episode he reveals that it is his last series of The Generation Game. This was because Bruce asked for a pay rise and the BBC refused, so he walked. This however is not revealed here. He gets to hear a few honeymoon tales, including one unfortunate fellow who ended up getting tetanus jabs on his holiday, while among the somewhat rsique and a little dubious is one woman revealing how she injured herself as a teenager spying on a boy she fancied undressing while up a tree, another recalls how as a postman he was tackled by a dog by...well, you figure it out. Plus one where a heroic dad went to rescue his daughter from drowning, only to find he was on the end of a dubious prank. Among the games are "Export Packing" (exactly what it is and as prosaic as it sounds), "Previous Jobs" (guess the celeb's jobs before famous - not easy), "Trojan Polo" (intriguing game on a hobby horse) and ""Slip Up" (bizarrely called as it involves plate painting). The finale sees the final two teams take on a medley of Latin Dancing, along with Wilhelmia Forsyth and Richard Calkin (as Paxo). It really is too close to call in a fun finale, which sees it come to a nervy tiebreaker. Just who will go through to that conveyor belt of prizes? There's only one way to find out - no, not fight. Just sit back and watch...
