HUMPBACK WHALE DRAMATICALLY BREACHES FROM THE OCEAN<br />WITH VID<br />By Saloni Mathur<br />A breathtaking moment was captured off the coast of Kiama, New South Wales, when a humpback whale breached dramatically just offshore.<br />The clip, filmed by veterinary surgeon Ashley Sykes from Australia, using a drone, shows the massive whale erupting from the water against an overcast, windy backdrop.<br />The sight marked Ashley’s first southbound breach of the 2025 season and brought plenty of excitement and luck to the day.<br />The stunning footage highlights the beauty of whale migration along Australia’s east coast and left viewers mesmerised by the power and grace of the ocean giant.<br />Posted on Instagram, one user commented: “Such beautiful moments, I currently have my favourite one”<br />Another added: “Fantastic, beautiful!!.
