The peak bodies representing art and music therapists are concerned by a new pricing cap for services they deliver to tens of thousands of NDIS participants. An independent review today recommended a maximum hourly fee of 156 dollars down from the previous rate of 194 dollars an hour. The federal government has recently been making a number of changes to rein in the cost of the scheme.
