Road network in Albay subject of scrutiny by residents

The ongoing construction of the Cagbulacao to Manaet road network has been a subject of scrutiny by residents of Cagraray Island and Bacacay town in Albay as it has become a source of severe floods and landslides. A project of the Ako Bicol partylist, the new road with an array of street lights in the timberland and mountain ranges of Cagraray Island and Bacacay town was contracted to Sunwest Inc. Guards banned people from entering, including Bishop Joel Baylon, who hid his identity as he tried to check out the road. The Manila Times also tried the same but was also prohibited.

Video by Rhaydz Barcia

Subscribe to The Manila Times Channel - https://tmt.ph/YTSubscribe
Visit our website at https://www.manilatimes.net

Follow us:
Facebook - https://tmt.ph/facebook
Instagram - https://tmt.ph/instagram
Twitter - https://tmt.ph/twitter
DailyMotion - https://tmt.ph/dailymotion

Subscribe to our Digital Edition - https://tmt.ph/digital

Check out our Podcasts:
Spotify - https://tmt.ph/spotify
Apple Podcasts - https://tmt.ph/applepodcasts
Amazon Music - https://tmt.ph/amazonmusic
Deezer: https://tmt.ph/deezer
Stitcher: https://tmt.ph/stitcher
Tune In: https://tmt.ph/tunein

#themanilatimes
#tmtnews
#philippines
