UAE Vice President Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan led the country's delegation to the Emergency Arab-Islamic Summit and a special GCC Supreme Council session in Doha on Monday, where leaders discussed Israeli attacks on Qatar. <br /><br />Footage shows Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed arriving at Hamad International Airport, as well as taking part in the summit. <br /><br />In a summit statement, the UAE expressed full solidarity with Qatar against Israeli attacks, emphasising respect for international law and national sovereignty, and declaring that Gulf security is indivisible. <br /><br />The UAE also conveyed condolences for the attack's victims, warning that continued escalation could threaten regional and global peace and security. <br /><br />The country called on the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to assume its responsibilities and put an end to these attacks. <br /><br />Qatar condemned the attack, stressing that it will not "tolerate any action that undermines its security and sovereignty." <br /><br />US President Donald Trump described Qatar as an important United States ally, noting that "Israel must be careful in its dealings with Hamas." <br /><br />Last week, Israel launched a strike on Doha targeting Hamas leaders.
