He is seen tying her hands, whipping her with a belt, and kicking her as she cries in pain. The victim, a mother of four who works at a bakery to support her children, is regularly harassed by Gurunatham, who allegedly lives with another woman in Hyderabad but returns to the village to demand money and torment her.
