The scale of London’s exodus of young families has been laid bare in a new report which shows nine of the 10 local authorities seeing the largest drops in primary school pupil numbers are in the capital.London is expected to continue to see bigger falls than the rest of the country for the next five years, findings from the Education Policy Institute (EPI) show.
