FANS got more than they bargained for when a flasher showed all on broadcast ahead of the Ryder Cup.

Sky Sports' coverage of the tournament was momentarily interrupted as a flasher popped up in the background of the camera view.

The golf tournament is set to begin on Friday at the Bethpage State Park Golf Course.

And broadcasters have already set themselves up to cover the highly anticipated clash between Team US and Team Europe.

However, before the Ryder Cup proper had even started, Sky Sports' cameras caught an unfortunate glimpse of a flasher.

Just as Brandel Chamblee was discussing the nature of the Bethpage course and how it will not favour a particular team.

But in the background, a man could be seen stealing the limelight.

Cameras showed that he took off his hat, lifted his shirt, and started shaking his belly.

The cameras quickly cut away to a normal shot of the studio to remove him from viewers' screens.

Chamblee also spoke about US star Bryson DeChambeau and insisted he could be a "nightmare" for captain Keegan Bradley.

He said, "No doubt he’s one hell of a golfer. No doubt he has his moments of generosity with fans; I have heard about them.

"But he’s an odd duck when he’s trying to blend in with the team, and he has so many potential bulletin-board mistakes.

"I think he would be a captain’s nightmare."

DeChambeau will be in action in the foursomes and will partner with Justin Thomas.

The pair will be teeing off at 7.10 am ET 12.10 pm UK) and will take on John Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton.
