A 22-year-old B.Com student, Dhanushree, died in a road accident in Bengaluru Monday. Police labeled it a hit-and-run, saying the tipper lorry driver fled, while eyewitnesses and the JDS party blame poor road conditions. Witnesses claim she swerved to avoid a pothole on Bipinali Main Road when struck.
