US Under Secretary of Agriculture Luke Lindberg is visiting Taiwan on a trade mission to discuss agricultural business. Lindberg’s visit comes at a time when Taiwan is trying to negotiate with Washington to lower the 20% US tariff on most Taiwanese goods.
