Media magnate Kerry Stokes will stand down as chair of Seven West Media as part of a proposed 400-million-dollar merger with Southern Cross Media. Subject to approval, southern cross radio networks 'Triple M' and 'Hit' will merge with seven west, which runs the Seven Network and the West Australian newspaper.
