PC Gabriel Kent and PC Roger Valentine arrest a troubled youngster who turns out to be PCSO Laura Bryant's son. The boy is being bullied because of his mother's job. Superintendent Adam Okaro joins Sergeant June Ackland on patrol, but reacts badly at the scene of a traffic accident which brings back his own family tragedy. Gary Best loses his cool with DC Suzie Sim and accuses her of being a jumped-up back-stabbing bully.
