Skegness’ much-loved Jolly Fisherman has been back out and about the town to celebrate Lincolnshire Day after taking a ‘vacation’ during the summer. He even found himself on local radio with his minder Coun Julie Sadler and the Mayor of Skegness Coun Jimmy Brookes. Barry Robinson was there to capture how he was looking on first appearance since early summer.
